Absinthe 2.0.x trouble shooting for "Device detection failed. please unplug device and plug it back in."

- Close Absinthe.
- First, make sure the device is detected properly in iTunes.
- Make a backup if you did not.
- If the device is detected properly in iTunes try the following:
  - Windows Vista/7: go to C:\Users (Windows XP: go to C:\Documents and Settings)
    hit F3 and make a search for files and folders, enter 'libimobiledevice' as search string and search.
    You will find a folder named 'libimobiledevice'. Rename it to something else, e.g. libimobiledevice.bak
  - OSX/Linux: go to .config directory in your home folder and rename the libimobiledevice folder to libimobiledevice.bak
- Open up Absinthe again, it should detect your device now.
