## Steps

1. Login to the application as the default admin user
2. Go to the user control panel
3. Enter details for a new user who is also an admin
4. Try and save the new user

## Error

ERROR SPIFFY 500 SERVER ERROR

Spiffy has had a 500 error which has totally shot it's nerves. 

It can't take it anymore and has improbably hacked into NORAD via old fashioned modem and has started a game of global thermo-nuclear war.
